MODEL 1100 FIELD

12 (disc. 1987), 16 (mfg. 1964-1980), or 20 (new 1964) ga., 26, 28, or 30 in. barrels, various chokes, gas operated, checkered pistol grip stock and forearm, "cut" checkering and receiver scroll markings became standard in 1979, Rem Chokes became standard 1987 (introduced 1986 as $40 option), VRs became standard in 1985 on this model, 20 ga. lightweight frame became standard 1972, prices assume VR and Rem Chokes. MODEL 1100 SPECIAL FIELD

12, 20 ga., or .410 (limited mfg., disc.) bore, 21 (disc. 1993) or 23 (new 1994) in. VR barrel, various chokes, gas operated, checkered straight grip stock, VR standard, high gloss wood finish (1991 only) or satin wood finish. Rem. chokes became standard in 1987. Mfg. 1983-1999.

MODEL 870 FIELD WINGMASTER

12, 16 (disc. 1980, reintroduced late 2001), 20 (LW-20), 28 (disc. late 1994, reintroduced 1999) ga., or .410 (disc. late 1994, reintroduced 1999) bore, various barrel lengths (26, 28, and 30 are current mfg.), incorporates twin slide rails, 3 in. chamber in 12 ga. became standard in 1985, Rem Chokes became standard in 1987, lightweight frame on 20 ga. was introduced 1972, checkered walnut stock and forearm, a choice of high gloss or satin (28 in. barrel only) wood finish became available in 1991, approx. 6 1/2 - 7 1/4 lbs. New 1964.

MODEL 1100 PREMIER SPORTING

12, 20, 28 ga., or .410 bore, 2 3/4 in. chamber, 27 or 28 in. VR barrel with 4 Briley extended choke tubes, nickel finished receiver with gold trigger and receiver inlays, high gloss finish select walnut stock and forearm, includes travel case, 6 1/2 - 8 lbs. Mfg. 2008-2011.
