.32 ACP cal., "Crown N" or "Eagle N" proofed. Mfg. for "National- sozialistischer Kraftfahrkorps" Nazi Party Transport Corps, rare.

MODEL PP DOUBLE ACTION

.22 LR, .25 ACP, .32 ACP, or .380 ACP cal., PP designates "Polizei Pistole," 3 7/8 in. barrel, blue, fixed sights, plastic grips. Mfg. 1929-1945. "Crown N" proof until 1939, "Eagle N" Nazi commercial proof until 1945. Approx. serialization 750,000 (1929) - 1,000,000 (combined with PPK, late 1930s), then PP was assigned its own ser. no. range beginning at 100,000P, and by 1945, serialization had reached approx. 396,000P.

MODEL PP WARTIME PRODUCTION

mfg. 1940-1945, "Eagle N" Proof (Nazi commercial nitro proof after April 1940) or "Crown N" proof (German commercial proofmark used until April, 1940) found on pre-WWII military production. Variations are listed either by proofmarks or frame/slide markings.

Model PP "Eagle C & F" Marked (Nazi Police)

.32 ACP cal., "Eagle F" or "Eagle C" proofed on left side of frame.

9mm Para. cal., 4 7/8 in. barrel, blue, hard rubber grips, ejection port on right side, 34 oz. Approx. 1,000 mfg. 1915-17. Some are Imperial proofed.
