Franz Jaeger, the founder, obtained many firearms patents and many Jaeger firearms were manufactured in a wide variety of configurations. Perhaps the company's most famous gun was an auto-loading pistol manufactured between 1914-1918 that featured sheet metal stampings (approx. 13,000 were manufactured). Values for Jaeger firearms today depend on the overall desirability factor and original condition.
