Lechner & Jungl's history actually dates back to 1821, but the company started building guns circa 1874. In 1912, the demand for hunting and sporting guns grew and the company made a change of ownership to Hugo Kothe. Hugo's son, Gottlieb Kothe assumed ownership after his father in 1972 and continued to manufacture high-quality handmade firearms. All rifles and shotguns are high quality and are available in a wide variety of configurations, including Drillings, Vierlings, and Combination Guns.
