Tara Aerospace's main focus is aviation igniter cartridges and technology, but they also maintain a small arms division in which they produce the Montenegrin Tara TM-9 pistol (beginning 2013). The TM-9 pistol features a patented DARE-Double Action Rapid Engagement (also known as DASR-Double Action Short Release) or SPEAR (Semi Pre-cocked Enhanced Action Reset) trigger system.
