exact duplicate of the rifle ordered in 1883 from Winchester and carried by Roosevelt, copied from the original model, historically accurate, including measurements, dimensions, and specifications, 25 mfg. beginning 2006. Roosevelt's 1876 is one of the most elaborate and certainly the most historic Model 1876 ever built. Five North American big game animals are represented on this piece including antelope, buffalo, bear and deer scenes.

.45-70, .45-90 standard cal., 26 in. full octagon barrel, choice of crescent plate or shotgun butt. This is an accurate reproduction of an original Model 1886. Features Turnbull's period correct finishes - color case hardening, charcoal bluing and rust bluing; hand-rubbed oil walnut stock and forend. Many options are available including fancy and extra fancy wood, checkering, and new barrel (.475, .50-110, etc).
