Brugger and Thomet also manufactures a wide variety of high quality tactical style and select-fire rifles and pistols, mostly for military and law enforcement. In 2016, the company also announced a line of bolt action APR Series Sniper rifles. During 2004, the company purchased all rights to the TMP pistol and SMG from Steyr Arms in Austria. After many design improvements the TP9 pistol platform was released.
