O/U rifles were previously imported by Cape Outfitters, located in Cape Girardeau, MO. Previously imported and distributed (1990-91 only) by European American Armory Corp. located in Hialeah, FL. Prior to 1990, A. Zoli was imported and distributed exclusively by Antonio Zoli U.S.A., Inc. located in Fort Wayne, IN.

During early 2013, Zoli announced a joint venture with Norbert Hausmann, former president of Blaser USA, called Zoli International LLC. This new company now provides all business activities for Zoli, including importation, distribution, sales, and service.
