.22 LR cal., SA, stainless steel only, 5 (bull only), 6 1/2, 8 1/2, 10 1/2, or 12 1/2 (disc. 1987) in. bull or tapered barrels, adj. sights and trigger, pistol based on semi-auto Ruger action. 23,903 were mfg. 1984-1987.

This model featured a frame grooved for scope mounts, Clark trigger, Millett sights, and either Pachmayr rubber or Wayland wood grips as standard equipment.
