Mitchell Arms manufactured High Standard marked pistols during 1993-94. Due to litigation, the High Standard logo was dropped in 1994, and High Standard model nomenclature was dropped in 1996. These guns feature push button barrel takedown and usually, a choice between stainless steel or royal blue steel construction. Mitchell Arms is not responsible for the older High Standard pistols manufactured in New Haven and East Hartford, CT, even though Mitchell parts are interchangeable with original High Standard pistols.

SOVEREIGN (VICTOR II)
.22 LR cal., 4 1/2 or 5 1/2 in. full-length VR or black rib barrel, checkered walnut grips with thumbrest, stainless steel became standard 1998, gold-plated trigger, safety, mag. release, and slide lock, rib mounted sights. Mfg. 1993-2000.
Add $80 for Weaver style base built into VR.
