Current manufacturer established during 1712, located in Tula, Russia. Previously imported by SSME Deutsche Waffen, Inc., located in Plant City, FL until 2010. Previously distributed by Tulsky Souvenir, LLC, located in San Diego, CA. TOZ Free Pistols previously imported by Larry's Guns, located in Gray, ME until 2019, and by Tula Firearms, located in San Diego, CA. This manufacturer is also known by the trademark "TOZ", or "Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod", Russian for "Tula Arms Plant".

Tula Arms Plant/TOZ manufactures a wide variety of O/U, SxS, single shot, and semi-auto shotguns, in addition to pistols, rifles and combination guns. TOZ also provides a complete line of custom services, including elaborate inlays (gold, silver, and platinum) and wood carving.
