AMERICAN CUSTOM GUNMAKERS GUILD

There are two membership categories; Professional and Associate. Each Professional Member has passed a rigorous review of his work by his fellow Professional members as part of the application process. Professional members must demonstrate a high degree of creative ability while practicing sound business ethics. The privileges of Professional membership include the right to use the ACGG logo with the word "PROFESSIONAL," use the ACGG Hallmark, voting privileges at the annual Membership meeting, receipt of the quarterly Gunmaker magazine, and the option to rent a display table at the annual show in Dallas, TX. Current ACGG Professional members can be found by visiting the Guild's website (www.acgg.org). Associate membership is open to any and all who have an interest in custom guns. The benefits of Associate membership include access to the Guild's website and receipt of the Guild's quarterly publication, Gunmaker magazine.

The annual Gunmakers Exhibition at the Dallas Safari Club Show is the most visible activity of the ACGG. This event offers the public a unique opportunity to view the finest in American firearm craftsmanship and meet the individual makers (check acgg.org for more information, including dates). This gathering of ACGG members provides a forum to share technical expertise, honor exemplary work, accept and induct new members, as well as conduct Guild business.
The American Custom Gunmakers Guild is an organization consisting of craftsmen specializing in the artisanship and high quality craftsmanship associated with creating superior sporting firearms. Guild members share a common bond focusing on the betterment of fine custom firearms and the skills needed to come as close to perfection in the field of gunmaking as possible.
