How do I find the book, flash drive, or subscription that I'd like to buy?

Use the menu that's across the top of every page on our site to select the category you are interested in.

I am having problems logging in. What do I do?

Be sure your browser is accepting cookies. Additionally, check to ensure you have entered in your email address and password correctly. Finally, if it says "Login failed" when you try to log in, please click "Reset Password". This will email you a new password, consisting of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-877-4867, ext. 3 for help.

What is the best browser to use on your site?

We recommend the current version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Other browsers may work, but these two are known to be compatible with our site.

Placing An Order

How do I complete my order?

Click on "Cart" near the top of the page to view your shopping cart. Then click the "Check Out" button. Then simply complete the checkout process as prompted.

How do I know that my order went through?

You will see an order confirmation screen and you should receive a confirmation email when your order is completed. Be sure to allow emails from [email protected] into your inbox. If you don`t receive this email confirmation, you may contact us at 1-800-877-4867 or [email protected] to inquire about your order. You can also check your order history by clicking on "My Account" and then "Completed Orders" on most pages on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as valid forms of payment. We do not accept PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Blue Book Publications, Inc. guarantees all of our products including our books, flash drives, and online subscriptions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund in the same form as the original payment type. Correction of errors and inaccuracies; limitations on quantity; returns; risk of loss

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mispriced. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify price before an item is shipped out. We reserve the right to limit quantities. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Will I automatically receive a tracking number for my shipment?

We only supply tracking numbers for UPS Ground. If you selected UPS Ground for a shipping method, you may call or email us for the tracking number. Please keep in mind that it can take up to one business day for the tracking number to be generated.

What shipping methods are available?

We have three domestic shipping methods available: UPS Ground, Priority Mail, and USPS Media Mail. We also have one standard shipping method for international orders. When you check out, you will see the shipping options and costs that are available for your order. The cheapest, but slowest, method is Media Mail, which is through the United States Postal Service. This class is similar to fourth class, and usually costs about $5-7 for the average order. Priority Mail is through the United States Postal Service. It is more expensive than Media Mail, but generally arrives more quickly. An order for one, average-sized item sent using Priority Mail generally costs $15-17. UPS Ground is more expensive, but generally arrives more quickly than Media Mail. An order for one, average-sized item via UPS usually costs about $10-12. Note: a physical address is required for UPS Ground service. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. International shipping costs vary widely depending on your location and the weight of your order. Please consult the rate shown when you go through the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?

If you selected Media Mail as your shipping method, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks. If you live close to Minnesota, the delivery time will be closer to one week, and if you live on the east coast, in the south, or on the west coast, the delivery time will be closer to two weeks. If you selected UPS Ground shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. The delivery times below include a one-business-day processing period. IMPORTANT: If you need an item by a specific date, please place your order by phone at 1-800-877-4867, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, CST. These delivery times are usually accurate, but we cannot guarantee these delivery times for Internet orders due to occasional delays in processing time. Subscription & Flash Drive Problems

How can I access the online subscription I purchased?

After you have purchased an online subscription, click on "My Account" in the upper right part of the screen on any page on our site. You should be prompted to log in (do so). You will then be shown a page that lists your subscription(s). Click on the name of the subscription you want to access. If you have forgotten your password, you may click the "Reset Password" button. Wait up to 15 minutes for your new password to be emailed to you. Flash drive troubleshooting

To use the flashdrive card, pop out the USB port from the center of the card and insert into the USB drive of your computer. The Blue Book of Gun Values flash drive works with Windows operating systems. Most computers will automatically run and open the flash drive as a folder when inserted correctly. If the flashdrive does not automatically run:: 1. Open Windows Explorer or "My Computer" from your desktop or start menu. 2. Select the drive that has flash drive in it.
