DICKSON & MACNAUGHTON

In 1999, the directors of James MacNaughton & Sons acquired the whole share capital of John Dickson & Son, from whom they purchased the MacNaughton manufacturing rights in 1996. The two companies traded under the name of Dickson & MacNaughton, alongside the other trademarks: Daniel Fraser, Alexander Henry, Alex Martin, and Thomas Mortimer.
