Previous shotgun manufacturer located in Syracuse, NY circa 1885-1916. The company was purchased by Ithaca Gun Co. and moved to Ithaca, NY after 1916.

10, 12, 16, or 20 ga., 26-32 in. barrels, any choke, boxlock action (even though model nomenclature referred to sidelock model), cocking indicators on all but DS and DSE grades, double triggers standard, checkered straight or pistol grip stock, auto ejectors designated by letter E after grade, most lower grades marked at water table near serial number. Mfg. 1885-1919.
