GERMAN SPORT GUNS GmbH (GSG)

In May 2013, the L&O Group (owners of Blaser, Mauser, J.P. Sauer & Sohn, John Rigby, and SIG Sauer) purchased a majority stake in German Sport Guns. The L&O Group is owned by Michael Lüke and Thomas Ortmeier. During 2014, German Sport Guns aquired Diana (Dianawerk) trademark manufactured by Mayer & Grammelspacher GmbH & Co. KG and moved the Diana factory to their Ense premises (please refer also to Dianawerk). In 2017, Air Venturi (worldwide exclusive licensee of Springfield Armory airsoft and airguns), announced their partnership with German Sport Guns (GSG) for European countries. This is the first time Springfield licensed an airgun and airsoft product. GSG will be responsible to distribute all of these licensed products in all of Europe except the UK. The replicas will carry original Springfield markings.
