JONISKEIT

Developed the Waffentechnik Joniskeit Hurrican sidelever match air pistol in 1983. This air pistol worked with a one-pump compression lever and a relatively low muzzle velocity. Some of these air pistols are still available upon request, with highly engraved housings. In 1990, Joniskeit started a small batch production of highly modified Czech air pistols TAU-7, named Joniskeit Finale. Alternative use of a refillable CO2 tank or a precharged 300 bar air tank was possible, the tank was inside the grip. A left-handed grip could be mounted within seconds and without any tool, which qualified the Finale as an ideal air pistol for clubs. The accessories included a separate manometer, tanks for both CO2 and air, a regulator, and the CO2 connector, and some exchangeable blades for front and rear sight. Detlef Joniskeit, who is in his 80s now, focuses his business today on the construction of silencers and gun accessories.
Current manufacturer Detlef Joniskeit located in Oberndorf/Neckar, the famous German gun manufacturer's town (Feinwerkbau, Mauser, Heckler & Koch). Previously located in Allmersbach im Tal, near Stuttgart, Germany.
