National Rifles Ltd. was India’s leading airgun manufacturer and production was based on German machinery and airgun designs. Walter (1984) reported that National produced a National Cadet CO2 bulb rifle version of the Hammerli Cadet CO2 rifle under a 1968 license from Hammerli and the National 25, as a simpler version of the Dianawerk Model 25.
