Burnside Rifle Co. was the successor to Bristol Firearms Co. (located in Bristol, RI 1855-1861), and continued the manufacture of the Ambrose Burnside designed Burnside carbines and the Spencer carbines.
Located in Providence, RI, circa 1861-1867.
