PALMETTO ARMORY

The Palmetto Armory, also known as Palmetto Iron Works, was owned/operated by William Glaze. It was destroyed by General Sherman's forces in February, 1865. In addition to handguns and longarms, he also manufactured swords.
Located in Columbia, SC, circa 1851-1865.
