Asa Waters II was the son of Asa Waters I, the brother of Elijah Waters, and the father of Asa Holman Waters. Contractor for U.S. (Federal) Model 1808 Contract Muskets while in partnership with his brother Elijah and Nathaniel Whitmore as Waters & Whitmore.
