Gunsmith R.L. Millington specialized in authentic, hand-built metallic cartridge conversions of Colt and Remington black powder revolvers, custom engraving, refinishing, and antique finishing. Antiquing and period-style engraving were available. Since these were cartridge firing revolvers converted from black powder revolvers, and required an FFL to transfer, they are not covered in this book.
