Frank Bartlett specialized in transitional designs between the German Jaeger and the American Kentucky longrifle. Rifles were typically engraved in script on the top flat, "F. Bartlett" framed on either side by two digits of the year manufactured (i.e. 19 F. Bartlett 87) and followed by the rifle's number. Values ranged in price from $2,500-$10,500.
