Christened "The Zephyr" by gunmaker Roger Renner of Pacific Rifle Co., this unique long rifle utilizes an advanced underhammer mechanism providing the fewest number of moving parts in any percussion rifle. The trigger guard serves as the mainspring. The Zephyr uses the Forsyth rifling technique for superior long range accuracy. Each rifle is hand crafted to order.
Previous manufacturer located in Carleton, OR 1996-2010. Pacific Rifle Company specialized in underhammer rifles utilizing the James Forsyth rifling technique developed in the 19th Century.
