Maunz Rifles were manufactured in Toledo and Maumee, Ohio from the 1960s until 1987 by Karl Maunz for high-end military, law enforcement, and competition. Models included the Model 87 Maunz Match Rifle, Model 77 Service Match Rifle, Model 67 Match Grade for practice, Model 67 Sniper Rifle, Model 57, and the Model 47 rifle. All models made on or prior to 2011 were custom order only.

MODEL 67 MATCH GRADE PRACTICE RIFLE

(.308x224, .308x244, .308x264), 6.30 Maunz, .338 Maunz (ltd. mfg.), or .45 Maunz (ltd. mfg.) cal., other custom calibers were available, M1A configuration with combination of M1 Garand and M14 parts, not allowed for service rifle competition. MODEL 67 SNIPER RIFLE
7.62 NATO/.308 Win. (.308x224, .308x244, .308x264), or 6.30 Maunz cal., 22 in. barrel standard, medium and heavy barrels were also available, M14 sights standard, 5, 10, 20, or 30 shot mag.
MODEL 77
.308 Win. cal., utilized M1A Springfield receiver initially, followed by Valley Ordnance mfg., receiver has removable lug under the barrel, red, white and blue laminated stock, ser. no. 000011-005040. Custom Reproduction of original Model 67.
MODEL 77 SERVICE MATCH RIFLE
7.62 NATO/.308 Win. cal., custom calibers were also available, 22 in. barrel standard, medium and heavy barrels were also available, 5, 10, or 20 shot mag., NM/2A sights, special removable front globe sight, charcoal grey parkerized finish, heavyweight Kevlar or graphite/fiberglass stock with black gel coat, red/white/blue stocks also available. .30 Custom, 6.30 Maunz, or .45 Maunz cal., accuracy metal full lined bedded with long action to accept the M1 Garand bolt, modified M14 type gas system, stainless steel or metal receiver, scope mount, classic wood, heavyweight Kevlar, or graphite/fiberglass stock covered in black gel coat, accepts many different type of magazines, custom weight barrels available. chambered in 6.30 Maunz caliber with die sets for 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.62x51mm, and .30-06 cal., 50 mfg. - one for each state, custom fit to the shooter and using his chosen serial number.
MODEL 97 MATCH/HUNTING RIFLE
chambered for 17 to 45 Maunz calibers, modeled after the AR-10 and AR-15, GIO, custom weight barrels, fiberglass stock, custom color stock or classic wood stock with patent pending. Disc. 2017.
