VR standard (disc. 1999) or ported TriBore (standard 2000) barrel, matte finish, reversible safety (oversize beginning 2000), checkered walnut stock and forearm, red receiver logo, lockable plastic case, approx. 7 lbs. Imported 1998-2000.

During 2000, the model nomenclature changed to Red Lion Mark II.
