LOP, hammer block safety, deeply blued metal surfaces, 40 1/2 in. OAL, 7 lbs. Mfg. 1983-2020.
In 2001, this model's nomenclature was changed from 1895SS to 1895. In 1997 Marlin released their new deep cut Ballard-type rifling with 6 grooves.
