.22 S, L, or LR cal., bolt action, 7 round magazine, 24 in. sporting barrel, 43 1/2 in. overall length, walnut, Monte Carlo stock with cheekpiece and pistol grip, front ramp, rear aperture sights, 6 1/2 lbs. Mfg. 1958-1980.
At least one example of a Model 340B smoothbore gun is known. This particular specimen was factory fitted with a stock that lacked a magazine cut-out, so the gun could only be fired as a single shot. The muzzle was not threaded to accept any sort of barrel adaptor.
