12, 16, 20, 28 ga., or .410 bore, 28-32 in. full choke plain barrel, replaced the Model 37, top lever break open, exposed hammer, plain pistol grip stock. Approx. 221,578 were mfg. between 1968-73.

The Model 370 was mfg. in Winchester's Canadian plant in Cobourg, Ontario.
