.30-30 Win. or .32 SPEC cal., blued receiver, no upper tang markings, model no. and cal. marked on barrel, rifles have "A" suffix, Sporting Carbine has "SC" suffix, and regular carbine has "RC" suffix, small case "c" prefix in 1946, and large "D" prefix in 1947. Mfg. 1946-47.

Some standard rifles may have the "ADL" barrel markings in 1946-47. 1946 mfg. has a lowercase "c" prefix and 1947 mfg. has a capital "D" prefix in ser. no.
