MARLIN STONEWALL DERRINGER Description
.41 rimfire cal., single shot single action, side pivoting 2 1/2 in. blued round barrel marked "J.M. Marlin New Haven, Ct. Pat. April 5, 1870" in three lines and "Stonewall" on top of barrel, spur trigger, brass frame with fluted lower front sides, either blue barrel and nickel plated frame or completely plated, most commonly encountered is silver plated, fluted frame with blued barrel and bird's head rosewood grips, patent cartridge extractor, spur trigger. Approx. 200 mfg. circa 1870-1882. RF=5.
This model is similar to the Never Miss Model, except has slightly smaller brass frame.
