Introduced in 1987 as a target model for use in IPSC style events. The first 5,000 pistols were commemorative guns for the 10th Anniversary of IPSC and were so marked. After the completion of the IPSC pistol run a standard production model was introduced without the commemorative markings. A total of approx. 9,704 units were produced through 1990. In 1990, a special limited production run of approx. 100 pistols fitted with adj. sights was mfg.
